Gotta love Google

So, I have signed up for a couple of google alerts its this great service that allows you to track words or phrases when they are used on the internet.  I like to keep up on Abundant Life in the news etc… and this one showed up today. What an awesome thing. A church member stopped by the office to tell us that her autistic son had been kicked off the bus and had not shown up at home yet. She was very worried. All the people in the office mobilized (especially those awesome youth group kids…way to go guys!). They searched for a couple of hours and as the TV station guy was setting up his camera, he spotted Dylan in the bushes (he’d been spotted by the search teams a couple times but he kept running off). Way to go team!

I just want to try it…

So, I have been flirting with the idea of blogging for sometime now. it just looks like fun. I don’t really have a lot of time to blog, in fact, it’s probably the last thing that I should be doing right now. but. I just recently took an art class at Warner Pacific College (yeah Knights!) and realized that I like creative writing…you know, you spend so many years in school writing to get a grade and you don’t always realize that it feels good to get words on paper a computer screen.

So, this might be the end or it might be the beginning…
